CONTRACTUAL APPOINTMENT OF ENGINEER IN GOVT.DEPTT.





THIS AGREEMENT is made

BETWEEN

_________ s/o/,d/o/, w/o Mr_____, resident of _________ (hereinafter referred to as "the Engineer") of the one part

AND

the Government of the state of ________ through its Governor (hereinafter called "the Government") of the other part.

IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the Engineer will remain in the service of the Government for a period of one year from (Date) ______.

2. That the Engineer will submit himself and work under the orders of the Government through the officers and authorities under whom he may from time to time be placed. The Engineer will at all times obey any lawful order of Government.

3. Whenever required, the Engineer shall go to any part of State for official work.

4. The Engineer shall work to the best of his ability as Executive Junior Engineer and will not absent from his duties without first obtaining leave from its authorized officer (except in case of accident or sickness certified by competent medical authority).

5. That in case of misconduct by Engineer or of a breach of term of any of the conditions of this agreement, the Government may terminate his services after due and just inquiry.

6. In case, Engineer not remained medically fit and unable to do its duties because of medical un-fitness, the government can terminate his services.

7. The Engineer will receive a salary of Rs.______________ per month from Government in lieu of his services. He will also entitled for other benefits including leaves as follows:

(The benefits and leaves etc. would be governed by the rules framed in this regard by Government).

8. The Engineer will be abide by all Service Rules and Regulations framed by the Government.

9. The agreement is read, understood and agreed by both the parties and have hereto respectively signed.
