NOTICE OF DEMAND BY CREDITOR (THROUGH ADVOCATE)





Under instruction from AA. etc. I hereby require you to pay to him the sum of Rs ________ borrowed by your deceased father BB. from the said AA. on a promissory note (bond) dated the ________ together with all interest due in respect thereof on the date of payment AND I hereby give you notice that if you make default in doing so for _________ days after the receipt of this notice I have instructions to file a suit for recovery of the amount due to the said AA. as aforesaid in a competent court of law.
