DEED OF CANCELLATION OF TRUST





THIS DEED is made by Sh.______________ s/o Sh. _____________r/o _________________ (hereinafter referred to as " the author").

WHEREAS

1. A deed of trust (hereinafter referred to as "the trust deed") was executed on ________ between Sh._____________ s/o Sh. _____________ r/o ___________________ (the author of the trust)

And between

Sh._____________ s/o Sh. _____________ r/o ___________________

Sh._____________, s/o Sh. _____________ r/o ___________________

And

Sh._____________ s/o Sh. _____________ r/o ___________________ (the trustees)

2. The Clause ___ of the trust lays provides that the author retains right to cancel, at any moment, on his pleasure, the trust made thereby.

3. The author, due to the power conferred on them under clause_______ wants to cancel the said trust.

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

That the author, due to powers conferred on him under clause ______ of the trust deed, hereby cancel the said trust and ALL that properties stated in the Schedule I and II enclosed to the trust deed will be re-conveyed and re-transferred on him with full title, powers and privileges.

Provided that cancellation hereto will be ineffective on any acts previously done by trustees for executing of the trust.
