Can anyone please let me know if a guy can have a second marriage if he is getting married under the above law or is it mandatory to get the first wife’s consent before having a second marriage as our shariah gives freedom to have 4 marriages given if you fulfill certain terms and conditions.

Also If I am getting married under the above the law, do all the future activities will be handled by Jamaath or is it the court.

I hav been married since 1995.no kid till time.wife is non cooperative & misbehaves badly with my wel wishers including my family.i some how managed with hope that thing will be alright.she also made drama in public place also.& threts me.we have no physical relation since last 8 years.
i want to divorce her with some alimony.
kindly suggest as i want a peacefull divoce.
