Adoption will be faster in India henceforth

Government of India is changing the law  on adoption of children by prospective parents in India and abroad to make adotion easier and faster. Sooner, the power to grant order of adoption will be vested with the District Collectors and the courts will be divested of that power under the current law i.e. Juvenile Justice Act,2015.
