Indian Supreme court may allow new ground for DIVORCE?

Supreme Court of India has reserved for orders a case seeking divorce on the ground of irretrievable break down of marriage, popularly known as ‘No fault divorce ‘. If allowed, any party to a marriage can get the divorce order quickly whether or not the other spouse gives consent to it.
