VIDEO CONFERENCING IN DIVORCE CASE IN INDIA-NEW LAW

Supreme Court of India overrules its own judgment given earlier in Krishnaveni’s case. In an order dated 9th September 2017, in Santhini’s case, the court said, video conferencing facility can be used by any court to record evidence ONLY if both parties consent to such a procedure.
