My sister got married last july 2014 and in the very next month mother-in-law,father-in-law and husband started tortureing her mentally and some times they also physically abused.
Husband was not in a position to rectify this and given a solution that “if she can tolerate and live with this my sister can live with him, else she need to step out”.
Mental torture started increasing day by day,so last week she stepped out. She planned to get divorce from him and lead a new life.
Please guide us on what we need to do further and will she able to get any compensation from her husband.
